Our Little League is run by an army of volunteers. None of us are paid for the time we contribute to the league. Please join the board and keep the league vibrant and sustainable as others have done for nearly 70 years.

(9/4/2024) Team managers received their updated Fall Ball game schedule this week. Team managers will be sharing their game schedule via team email.

Schedule changes resulted from the City of Sunnyvale making baseball fields available through October. Some games have been changed to Byes resulting from Los Altos Little League teams not participating in interlocked games with District 44.

Our first Fall Ball games begin on Sunday, Sept 8, 2024. Teams have have been formed and are beginning practices this week.

Each year, Mountain View Little League purchases Big Al’s Backyard Workout Program for the Managers, Coaches and Parents in our league. Big Al created the “Backyard Workout Program” for parents and players. These Backyard Workouts are included in your Parent 4-8 and Parent 9-12 online programs.

Instructions to activate your own Parent online membership are provided by completing MVLL’s short verification step at https://mvll.info/wp/get-offer.

The Coaching Programs include… videos on how to teach the skills, lots of drills to incorporate into your practices and help in identifying and correcting common mistakes. There are ready-to-go practice plans for the pre-season, during the season plus plans to help prepare for the post season. The strategy section covers positional play and roles and responsibilities of players in game situations. It also has tips and plans to help you be effective as a coach on game day. Big Al has designed these Coaching programs to help you all season long!

The Parent Programs include… videos and instruction on all the skills that your coach will be teaching this year. It also includes lots of fun drills, games and challenges that you can practice at home so you can get stronger and improve your skills all at home. There is also a section on strategy with roles and responsibilities for every player on the diamond. Finally Big Al has created a set of Backyard Workouts for every skill. Go to the Big Al Way section for each skill and print off the Backyard Workouts checklist and keep track of the workouts you complete during the season.

Programs Can be Bundled… No-Cost purchase selections include bundling of programs. For example, the Parent 4-8 and Parent 9-12 Programs can be selected as a bundle so that one account (login) can access both. There is also a complete bundle for all 4 programs. Remember, that by using our membership code, there is no cost to our MVLL families.

We are excited about giving parents and players in our league easy access to fun drills, challenges, and games to do at home all season long. This is a great opportunity to practice the proper technique, get stronger and improve at home between practices and games this season.

Sign-Ups for MVLL’s 2024 Fall Ball Season opened on Monday, August 5, 2024. Sign-Ups for all division closed on September 5, 2024. Registration is only done online at mvll.info. Registration fee is $150 per player and payment is accepted online to our PayPal account. A PayPal account is not needed foe credit card payments.

We will have Fall Baseball for the Junior, Major, Minor, and Farm Divisions (for players who are 6 to 13 years old as of August 31, 2024).
12 and 13 year-olds (as of August 31, 2024) will be eligible to play in the Junior Division in Spring 2025 should sign up for MVLL Fall Ball.
